Job Title: Compassionate Care Advocate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining their independence and autonomy.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interviews, progress, and notable events or incidents, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in psychology, social work, counseling, or a relevant field.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, to provide 24/7 care and support.
  • Will to learn, grow, and adapt to new situations with ongoing training and development opportunities.
