Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Quality Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for quality and ageing issues, and the ability to interact with residents and their families in a professional and respectful manner.

The Service Quality Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and services. They act as a liaison between internal partners and residents, gathering feedback and working collaboratively to resolve issues and improve the overall resident experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a point of contact to interact and gather feedback from residents and their families
  • Working towards resolving issues and ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved
  • Collaborating with internal partners to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to resident care and service delivery
  • Identifying and sharing areas of improvement and providing recommendations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Diploma / GCE "A" level / GCE "O" level / GCE "N" level in a relevant discipline
  • At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in a Service Quality function or quality improvement programmes in healthcare or a similar setup
  • Ability to interact in at least 2 of the languages/dialects such as Malay, Mandarin or Tamil to communicate with clients and families
  • Effective interpersonal, engagement and follow-up skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Passion for quality and ageing issues
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
