Job Title: Site Planning and Operations Manager

About the Role:
The Construction General Foreman is responsible for overseeing site planning and operations, ensuring efficient and productive execution of daily activities. This involves working closely with the Planner to update daily work status, attending daily coordination meetings, and scheduling worker overtime during peak periods or as needed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily activities in an efficient and productive manner
  • Monitor daily work logs of assigned subordinates
  • Schedule worker overtime during peak periods or whenever necessary
  • Enforce company and government-dictated work and safety rules
  • Requisition necessary materials and stock replacement parts to ensure continuity of smooth operations
  • Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in sound working order
  • Oversee on-the-job training of probationary workers

Required Skills:
Air Conditioning: Provide maintenance and repair services for air conditioning systems.
Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to motivate team members.
Construction: Possess knowledge and experience in construction methods and techniques.
Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
MetaL: Perform tasks requiring metalwork, such as welding and fabrication.
Site Planning: Develop and implement effective site plans to ensure efficient workflow.
Electrical: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
Fabrication: Fabricate components and equipment as required.
Planner: Work closely with the Planner to update daily work status and attend daily coordination meetings.
Tiling: Lay and fix tiles, including ceramic and porcelain tiles.
Carpentry: Construct and install wooden structures and fixtures.
Requisition: Requisition necessary materials and stock replacement parts.
