Sales Strategy Manager Job Description

About the Role

The Sales Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue growth and sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies, and have experience in sales management.

The Sales Strategy Manager will work closely with the hotel management team to understand the hotel's goals and objectives and develop a sales strategy that aligns with these objectives.

The Sales Strategy Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure the team is equipped to meet sales targets.

The Sales Strategy Manager will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
  2. Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure the team is equipped to meet sales targets.
