We are seeking a highly skilled Student Support Specialist to join our team at the Singapore University of Social Sciences.

The successful candidate will work closely with departments and schools to offer guidance and advice on programs, as well as assist with student requests.

Maintaining the Student Portal and ensuring information accuracy is a key responsibility.

We seek a mature, meticulous, and discreet individual with high-level communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Degree in any discipline (Diploma holders with relevant customer service experience will also be considered)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Call centre experience an advantage

Commitment to overtime work when required and during peak periods is essential.
