Job Title: Training and Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering training programs across multiple regions.

This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth by providing high-quality customer support experiences for our SMB advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the SMB Training team for APAC to design and expand enablement programmes based on the needs assessment of sales teams including onboarding and continuous development
  • Conduct regular learning needs analysis and align with Learning Experience Design SMB Sales Quality Vendor Marketing etc to adapt training programs to the needs of the business across product process sales and soft skills
  • Own and deliver global training programs focused on core sales functions/areas with partners based in multiple regions
  • Own the performance management, coaching, and professional development of a team of training specialists
  • Define processes to ensure training evaluations are conducted and actions are made to ensure all training provided is impactful and aligned with business objectives
  • Manage the operational responsibilities of a training team including communication to the org, training calendars, trainer capacity, etc.
  • Stay connected on current learning/teaching trends and adopt innovative approaches to drive impactful engaging learning for our learners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Training and Development or a related field required
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with at least 4 years specifically in training
  • 3 years of leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory
  • Ability to link training initiatives to performance and quality outcomes using measurable outputs
  • Experience in designing and implementing effective training and development programs by incorporating various learning approaches
