The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering engaging training sessions.
- Develop and facilitate comprehensive training programs that enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and other relevant retail topics.
- Conduct needs assessments and design customized training solutions to address skill gaps and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training requirements and develop effective training strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making data-driven decisions to refine future programs.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to help team members achieve their professional goals.
- Relevant qualifications in Education, Human Resources, or Business, with a focus on adult learning principles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer or L&D professional, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions, with excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and metrics-based evaluation methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
