Assistant Accountant and Office Coordinator

AEGIS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Accountant and Office Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the accounting team, including preparing financial reports, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the accounting team
- Prepare financial reports and analysis
- Process invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Liaise with external parties to resolve issues
- Diploma in accountancy or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting assistant role
- Able to work independently as part of a team
- Familiar with AutoCount software (a plus)
