**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Process financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are up-to-date.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends to support informed decision-making.
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and external auditors.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
