Job Title: Telehealth Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Telehealth Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, resolving medicine delivery issues efficiently, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.



Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including resolving medicine delivery issues and maintaining accurate records.
  • Investigate and respond to patient and client enquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including employers, doctors, clinics, and internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with PDPA regulations, company standards, SOPs, and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Coordinate follow-up care for patients after tele-consultations, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Assist with financial administrative tasks, including preparing refunds, raising credit notes, and collecting outstanding payments from patients or employers.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, meeting customer service and quality KPIs as determined by the department.
  • Respond promptly to calls, ensuring timely attention to inquiries and issues.
  • Identify customer needs and sustain a culture of service excellence within the organization.
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams to contribute to the performance of the team.


Requirements:
  • Min N/O/A level
  • Min 1-2 years of experience in hospitality/call centre environment
