Tele-Health Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tele-Health Operations Support Specialist to join our team.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks related to tele-health operations and resolve medicine delivery issues efficiently.
- Investigate and follow up on patient and client enquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders, including employers, doctors, clinics, and internal departments.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulations, company standards, SOPs, and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Coordinate follow-up care for patients after tele-consultations, ensuring continuity of care.
- Perform financial administrative tasks, including preparing refunds, raising credit notes, and collecting outstanding payments from patients or employers.
