Tele Collection Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to spearhead our tele collection operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of collections specialists and devising strategies to achieve business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to control overdue accounts and manage delinquency levels within set parameters.
  • Oversee the tele-collection process, formulate strategies for overdue collection, and review collection procedures.
  • Lead forecasting activities related to budget estimation, annual targets, cost projections, manpower requirements, and workforce planning.
  • Evaluate cost-benefit analysis of proposed new strategies, create a talented pool of individuals, and develop a roadmap for high-performing team members.
  • Enhance skill sets of agents and team leaders through training and coaching programs.
  • Manage various strategies such as incentives, negotiation training, call campaigns, account segmentation, automated reminder messaging, testing new campaign approaches, and assessing technology enhancements.
  • Monitor ratio of costs to money collected within specified parameters.
  • Maintain team attrition rates below acceptable thresholds.
  • Make data-driven decisions to align KPIs for the team effectively.

Your role as the head of tele collection will be pivotal in driving the collections operations towards achieving organizational objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
