Job Title: Collection Operations Lead


As a seasoned professional in debt collection, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our collections team. Your primary objective will be to manage team performance and devise strategies to ensure that the team meets its targets effectively.

You should possess a deep understanding of debt collection core processes and be eager to utilize this knowledge to implement and deliver on current and future strategies.

Collaboration with key stakeholders such as Operations, Technology, Compliance, Sales, and other relevant departments will be crucial to collectively achieve organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to control the flow rates of overdue accounts and manage delinquency levels within the provided frameworks.
  • Oversee the Tele-Collection process, including pre and post-delinquency stages, formulate strategies for overdue collection, and review collection Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Lead the forecasting activities related to budget estimation, annual targets, cost projections, manpower requirements, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with audits and regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate cost-benefit analysis of proposed new strategies, create a talented pool of individuals with a focus on succession planning, and develop a roadmap for high-performing team members.
  • Enhance the skill set of agents and team leaders through necessary training and coaching programs.
