Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify customers willing to share their stories and support other businesses.
  • Lead the process of producing high-quality customer story content, including case studies, press releases, and video testimonials.
  • Work with Product teams, Customer Success teams, and customers to gather information for creating engaging and interactive case studies aligned with Marketing and Business objectives.
  • Support the creation and distribution of Marketing assets such as customer case studies, story slides for Sales, webinars, video testimonials, social media content, press releases, and more.
  • Develop questions for customer interviews, conduct interviews, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create written and video testimonials showcasing the value and benefits of SHIELD products and services for use by Marketing and Sales teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a related field.
  • A passion for storytelling, customer success, and innovation.
  • Significant experience in B2B technology marketing with a deep understanding of the Internet ecosystem and technical audiences.
  • Experience writing customer case studies and producing customer videos that highlight customer success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
