About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as an Education Ambassador. As a key member of our sales portfolio, you will be responsible for ensuring that classes under your management exceed the minimum participant requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and recruit suitable customers for our programmes
  • Identify sales opportunities and provide high-quality service to customers
  • Record and process registration and payment transactions accurately
  • Liaise with the customer relations department on customer feedback and issues
  • Attend campaign briefings and weekly sales meetings
  • Handle customer complaints and queries

You will work closely with our customer relations department to ensure that customers receive excellent service and achieve their intended goals. A strong listening and communication skills are essential for this role.
