We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Electrical (M&E) industry team.
This role plays a vital part in preparing and managing project bids, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting bid preparation and documentation from start to finish
- Reviewing scope of work, commercial requirements, and identifying potential risks
- Creating and maintaining accurate tender files for proper tracking and monitoring
- Preparing price comparisons, costing summaries, and technical proposals for project submissions
- Reviewing addendum/corrigendum documents and updating proposals accordingly
- Maintaining accurate and organized project documentation
- Preparing presentation materials for meetings
- Drafting bills of quantities, conducting quantity take-offs, and sourcing materials
- Performing detailed breakdown pricing for accurate cost estimates
- Proven experience in bid administration or project coordination within the M&E Electrical industry
- Strong understanding of bid processes, pricing schedules, and scope of work evaluation
- Ability to analyze quotations, perform cost comparisons, and prepare detailed costings
- Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial bid documentation
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
