  • Updating of agent codes into the system when Providers revert with the information enables efficient management of agent details.
  • Notifying Providers of internal changes, such as approving managers, helps maintain effective communication channels.
Offboarding Responsibilities:">
  • Preparing and sending release letters to Providers is essential in formally terminating agent contracts.
  • Providing policy lists to Business Development teams facilitates informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Informing Providers via email about terminated agents ensures that all relevant parties are notified.
  • Consolidating policy lists from Providers and forwarding them to new agents taking over streamlines the handover process.
  • Performing policy transfers to new agents efficiently minimizes disruptions and ensures continuity.

  • A diploma or degree in any field serves as a foundation for professional growth and development.
  • Candidates with experience in the insurance industry, particularly in agent on-/off-boarding within a Field Agency setup, are highly valued for their expertise and knowledge.
