Key Distribution Support Specialist Job Description

Job Title: Key Distribution Support Specialist

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the Manager in Assessing Fit and Proper Assessment Cases
  • Review and Set Up Structured Processes for Service Level Agreements
  • Involve in Fit and Proper Framework Review and Execution Work
  • Responsible for Fit & Proper Assessment Applicable to Representative Notification Framework (RNF)
  • Liaise with Candidates, Hiring Manager and Internal Stakeholders
  • Provide Regular Statistics & Reports to Distribution Channels
  • Conduct Periodic Declarations and Checks
  • Support Other Distribution Support Functions

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the manager in assessing or reviewing more complex fit and proper assessment cases required to clear hiring authority approval. You will also review and set up structured processes to ensure that service level agreements are met.

You will be involved in fit and proper framework review and execution work, ensuring that operational changes are smoothly implemented. Additionally, you will be responsible for fit and proper assessment applicable to the appointment of representatives under representative notification framework (RNF) within the agreed timeline.

The successful candidate will liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders on all matters relating to the recruitment of the candidate. They will provide regular statistics and reports to distribution channels related to candidates and appointment of representatives.

In this role, you will conduct periodic declarations and checks such as quarterly review of representatives who are appointed with enhanced monitoring, daily credit monitoring on representative's financial status, and annual self-declaration from the representative.
