Logistics Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient execution of logistics activities.

About the Role

The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing the distribution process from external warehouses, ensuring that all deliveries are executed in a timely and right-first-time manner. This includes coordinating with transport service providers, reviewing and developing service level agreements, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to align operational imperatives and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the distribution process from external warehouses, ensuring timely and right-first-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with transport service providers to ensure safe and compliant operations.
  • Review and develop service level agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align operational imperatives and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma holder majoring in Supply Chain or business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in international/cross-border logistics.
  • Valid professional certification relating to international and local dangerous goods regulations (IATA, IMDG preferred).
  • Good knowledge of international/cross-border logistics processes and incoterms.
  • Experience with Letter of Credit advantageous.
  • Experience with SAP Shipping & Transportation module preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office like Excel/VBA.
