**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Service and Logistics Coordinator**to manage the logistics, installation, and servicing of AV and lighting equipment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, from delivery and setup to post-service support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the transportation, delivery, and installation of AV and lighting equipment for events and projects.
- Work closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure all equipment is in good working condition and meets the specific needs of each project.
- Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all equipment is accounted for and maintained.
- Provide customer service support by handling any issues related to equipment or installations, ensuring prompt and efficient resolutions.
- Organize and schedule maintenance and repairs for equipment, liaising with vendors and service providers as necessary.
- Maintain and update records related to equipment servicing, logistics, and inventory.
- Assist with event setups and breakdowns, ensuring all equipment is ready and functioning properly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations during installations and service calls.

**Key Qualifications**
- Proven experience in logistics, service coordination, or related fields, preferably within the AV or lighting industry.
- Strong understanding of AV and lighting equipment, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate delivery vehicles (if required for the role).
- A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Knowledge of AV equipment brands and the latest industry trends.
- Previous experience in coordinating large-scale events or installations.
- Experience working with clients to address specific service requirements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings for event-related tasks.
