About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Management Associate at STRATEGIC PARTNERS FINANCIAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. This role will provide an opportunity to develop and refine your skills in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
    • Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates through various channels.
    • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Business Development and Strategy
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
    • Assist in identifying potential clients and opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting sales initiatives.
  • Process Optimization and Data Management
    • Streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, recruitment metrics, and sales activities for analysis and reporting purposes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimally full certificate in GCE'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.
    • Undergrads are welcomed.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Proficiency in interpersonal communication and cultivating positive relationships is a fundamental requirement.
    • Demonstrating genuine enthusiasm and a strong interest in investment and financial concepts is highly valued.
    • Prior knowledge in banking or the financial sector is advantageous.
