About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Investech Associate Program in the Investment Services and Technology Department. As an Investech Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in financial operations and technology, and contribute to the success of our firm.

Program Overview

The Investech Associate Program is a two-year program that provides a comprehensive training and development experience. You will work closely with experienced professionals in the Investment Services and Technology Department to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in areas such as:

  • Technology and Operations: You will work on projects that involve designing, building, and testing technology solutions to support our investment operations.
  • Financial Operations: You will work on projects that involve managing financial data, analyzing financial performance, and providing financial insights to our clients.
  • Client Services: You will work on projects that involve providing exceptional client service, managing client relationships, and developing client solutions.
Program Details

As an Investech Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of our firm. You will also have access to a range of training and development opportunities, including:

  • Technical training: You will receive training in areas such as programming languages, data analysis, and technology platforms.
  • Business skills training: You will receive training in areas such as communication, leadership, and project management.
  • Mentorship: You will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout your program.
Qualifications

To be considered for the Investech Associate Program, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or technology.
  • Strong academic performance and a demonstrated interest in finance and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in programming languages, data analysis, and technology platforms.
  • Business skills: Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
