Refrigeration Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Perform rigorous testing, inspection, and assembly of refrigeration units according to manufacturing instructions and method sheets, ensuring required output rates and product quality.
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of tools, equipment, fixtures, and gauges assigned to the workstation.
- Support productivity improvements by assisting in the design of jigs, fixtures, and parts trolleys.
- Carry out basic troubleshooting or rework on tested/assembled units by identifying and resolving faults.
- Inspect the work area and monitor the effectiveness of any corrective actions implemented.
- Cooperate in accident investigations by providing accurate details of incidents and their causes.
- Minimum Vocational Certificate.
- No prior experience required.
- Act as a buddy trainer for onboarding and training new employees.
