
Administrative Support Job Opening

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents?
This role is perfect for you if you enjoy working independently, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in applying, renewing, and cancelling work passes through MOM systems
- Coordinate with workers regarding arrival, onboarding, and deployment schedules
- Liaise with internal teams on placement and documentation matters
- Maintain and update worker records in the database
- Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various job roles
- Handle general admin tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience with MOM work pass systems is an advantage
- Able to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Canva
