Job Title: Infrastructure Development Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the planning efforts for a major infrastructure development project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project plans and construction schedules, coordinating activities across multiple teams, and identifying potential delays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and construction schedules
  • Coordinate activities across multiple teams and identify potential delays
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the built environment
  • Successfully completed at least 3 building/infrastructure projects and at least 1 reclamation project
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous improvement
