Infrastructure Development Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Development Planning Manager to lead the planning efforts for a major infrastructure development project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning and scheduling, change management, resource allocation, risk management, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and construction schedules to ensure timely completion of the project.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple teams to identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the built environment, with a strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
