Senior Financial Planner Position

A full-time senior financial planner position is available with a hybrid work model offering 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The role involves managing project portfolios, leading and mentoring project teams, coordinating efforts across various teams to maintain progress and quality, identifying and mitigating significant project risks, and ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and execute them efficiently.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and team members to drive projects forward.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance.
  • Maintain effective communication channels throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and management, accompanied by a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear writing and presentation capabilities.
  • Influence Without Authority: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Capacity to navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions.
