Job Title: Data Center Infrastructure Planner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Center Infrastructure Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and planning data center infrastructure, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

About the Role:

The Data Center Infrastructure Planner will be responsible for reviewing and assessing vendor-submitted data center plans, evaluating proposed technologies, and clarifying design justifications. They will also be responsible for designing and planning DC hall layouts for newly allocated spaces, including rack positioning, structured cabling, power, and cooling design.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Read, interpret, and validate data centre floor plans and technical drawings
  • Design and plan DC hall layouts for newly allocated spaces, including rack positioning, structured cabling, power, and cooling design
  • Review and assess vendor-submitted data centre plans, evaluate proposed technologies, and clarify design justifications
  • Present findings and proposals to internal stakeholders through clear reports and presentations
  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of data centre infrastructure with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure that implementation follows approved designs and complies with safety, regulatory, and operational standards
