Job Opportunity

The Planning and Programming Manager will spearhead the planning efforts for a major infrastructure development, overseeing complex environments, resolving scheduling challenges, and delivering large-scale construction projects efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and construction schedules;
  • Coordinate activities across multiple teams and identify potential delays;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables;
  • Manage change orders and assess their impact on project timelines;
  • Support and prepare claims for extensions of time;
  • Allocate resources across project phases, ensuring optimal staffing and equipment;
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers;
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies;
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards;
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, lead project meetings, and provide regular progress updates;
  • Oversee final documentation and post-project reviews;
  • Ensure all claims and records are properly accounted for;
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the built environment;
  • Successfully completed at least 3 building/infrastructure projects and at least 1 reclamation project;
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous improvement;
