Senior FX Operations Manager

 

Job Description:

 

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operational activities of our FX business, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FX operations, with experience in managing large projects and delivering strategic change programs. They will be able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Business, Technology, Finance/PCG, and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation of sustainable processes and automation initiatives
  • Developing and adhering to an effective control framework
  • Shaping and building standardized operational workflow and service standards
  • Ensuring robust infrastructure and tools are in place to manage risk and service clients

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Tier 1 global financial institutions
  • Experience delivering strategic change programs spanning multiple years
  • Strong risk management and control mindset
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
