Job Description:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients through proactive communication, issue resolution, and exceptional customer service.
- Identify and present suitable candidates to meet the needs of our diverse client base.
- Ensure smooth sales closures and order fulfillment by working closely with clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to company growth by executing initiatives that showcase expertise and value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor and follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Source, match, and present suitable candidates to meet the needs of our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Manage client portfolios effectively, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
- Contribute to company marketing efforts by identifying and executing initiatives that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
- Participate in corporate social responsibility activities that align with our company values and mission.
Requirements:

- A minimum Diploma/Degree in any field is necessary.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous for handling international clients and candidates.
- Possession of a Certificate of Employment Intermediary (CEI) is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Training will be provided for those without prior knowledge or experience in the industry.
