Executive Administrator

We are a discerning expatriate family based in Singapore seeking a diligent and highly organized Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of our household.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate domestic staff, ensuring seamless household management.
  • Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and grocery management, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and appointments, guaranteeing efficient communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage family calendars, appointments, and school schedules, providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and comfortable living environment.
  • Provide transportation services as required, utilizing your driving skills to transport family members safely and efficiently.
  • Support with travel arrangements, including bookings, reservations, and itineraries, ensuring a hassle-free travel experience.
  • Greet and assist guests as necessary, providing exceptional hospitality and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of household expenses and inventory, facilitating financial transparency and informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in household management or working with expatriate families is preferred.
  • You must possess strong organizational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • A high level of integrity, discretion, and reliability is essential in this role, requiring trustworthiness and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Familiarity with Singapore services, amenities, and local vendors is advantageous, enabling you to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
