Roles & Responsibilities


• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the household, including schedule, supervising and provide training to household members. Ensuring the household is well-maintained, organized, kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times.


• Oversee maintenance and repairs of the property, including coordinating with contractors and service providers.


• Ensure the security measures are in place and functioning effectively.


• Managing the household budget, expenses, financial records.


• Coordinate meal planning and preparation, taking into account dietary preference and restrictions, perform grocery shopping as needed.


• Provide personal assistance to household members as needed, including running errands, organizing personal belongings, scheduling appointment, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with personal appointments or arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role such as household management, personal assistance, or hospitality management.
  • Able to do 24/7 standby
  • Immediate starter is a plus
