**Job Overview:**

The Spa Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our spa, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients. This includes scheduling, facility management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers, to deliver high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase profitability and improve operational efficiency.
  • Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction, making necessary adjustments to enhance the overall experience.
  • Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to work on public holidays.
  • Able to work and stand for long hours.
  • Proficient knowledge of foot reflexology, massage, body oil massage, sports, and deep tissue massage techniques.
  • Excellent people skills and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

About You:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in spa management or a related field.
