Job Overview

The successful Property Development Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager throughout the marketing and sales process. This includes collaborating with internal teams, consultants, vendors, advertising agencies, and property agents to deliver effective marketing support for projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns for residential developments;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, digital and social media content, animation videos, and more;
  • Assist in monitoring the condition of showflats and sales offices to ensure all essential services are functioning properly;
  • Manage customer feedback and deliver quality service to purchasers;
  • Handle the processing of commission payments to property agencies;
  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to Temporary Occupation Permit (T.O.P.) and handover procedures for completed developments;
  • Carry out ongoing and scheduled anti-money laundering (AML) checks before and after sales;

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Real Estate/ Property Management/ Interior Design or relevant work experience;
  • Great communication and coordination skills.
