The Tax Resolution Specialist IV is a client-facing position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a liaison between clients and tax agencies, you will be responsible for preparing and processing amendments, researching agency notices, and maintaining good client standings with tax authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve and process tax correspondence and amendments from simple to complex cases.
  • Research and analyze issues leading to out-of-compliance notices from tax agencies.
  • Prepare and file original and amended federal, SSA, state, and local tax returns.
  • Respond to client inquiries with high customer service standards.
  • Communicate with tax agencies to gather and analyze information necessary for tax filings.
  • Maintain knowledge of agency requirements, forms, and current tax issues.
