Requirements
  • Previous experience in the crypto industry is not essential, but experience of raising capital for a crypto fund would be beneficial.
  • A demonstrable interest in the asset class is important.
  • Proven track record of developing and converting a pipeline of new business.
  • 15+ years of financial institution sales experience & leadership.
  • Experience building relationships with a top-tier investor base.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence a network of long-term relationships.
  • Strong work ethic and results-focused, taking ownership and accountability for consistent results.
  • Ability to work independently and in a high-octane, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This role involves building and managing a strong pipeline of potential clients with a focus on tier-1 allocators. The successful candidate will define, lead, and execute the firm's business development strategy, providing strong leadership to the sales team and ensuring support materials showcase the firm to the highest levels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and converting a pipeline of new business, with 15+ years of financial institution sales experience & leadership. They will also have experience building relationships with a top-tier investor base and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence a network of long-term relationships.
