Job Title: Dedicated Care Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dedicated Care Associate to join our team. As a vital member of our care support team, you will be responsible for providing daily assistance to residents in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with personal care and hygiene routines, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our residents.
  • Participate in on-site and off-site activities with residents, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with therapists and psychologists to deliver interventions and support plans tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Accompany residents to medical appointments, providing emotional support and facilitating communication with healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements:
  • A minimum WPLN Level 3 or GCE O Level/NITEC qualification in Nursing is essential.
  • Previous experience in direct care settings, particularly with individuals with autism, is highly desirable.
  • Residential or special needs experience is advantageous, as it demonstrates adaptability and commitment to supporting diverse needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, enabling efficient record-keeping and communication.
  • Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks and managing time wisely.
