Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Service Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent patient care.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient registration and appointment booking


Work Environment

This position involves working in multiple locations across the city, including Punggol, Sengkang, Pasir Ris, Tampines North, Eunos, Bedok, Marine Parade, Outram, and Bukit Merah. The working hours are weekdays from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm (rostered, 8 hours/day) and Saturdays from 6:30 am to 1:30 pm (rostered, 4 hours). The total working hours per week are 44 hours.

The salary for this position is $2500 per month.



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.

In addition, you will need to have strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
