Oversee the Room Division to achieve quality, guest service standards and revenue goals. Ensure adherence to governmental regulations, brand standards and local policies.

Deliver a unique guest experience that brings the brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement financial returns and training needs analysis
  • Conduct probation and performance appraisal in line with company guidelines
  • Approve leave requests and maintain staff records
  • Coach, counsel and discipline staff to enhance performance
  • Regularly communicate with staff and maintain good relations

Guest Experience: Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to exceed their needs. Create a positive hotel image in every interaction.

People: Direct day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.

Responsible Business: Regularly audit financial transactions to ensure compliance. Act as a central communications point during emergency situations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This is a senior role within the hotel, requiring a high level of autonomy and decision-making ability.
