DBS Treasures is a leading wealth management platform in Singapore, catering to the diverse requirements of both Onshore and Offshore affluent clientele. Our comprehensive offerings provide clients with a seamless and all-encompassing banking experience, complemented by an extensive array of wealth management solutions, spanning from investments to legacy planning.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, achieving service standards as set out for Treasures staff to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure timely and consistent handling of customer requests, adhering to regulatory, compliance, and internal security audit requirements.
  • Attend relevant training and briefings to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Address and follow-up on customer service requests/issues on a daily basis, assisting with completion of service-related transactional orders &/or ad-hoc projects assigned by Treasures Client Service Manager.
  • Identify customers' financial needs and refer cross-selling opportunities for Treasures Relationship Managers and specialists to follow up.
  • Process and verify customers' instructions for investments products (applicable for TARMs certified in advisory).
  • Offer information on investment products and services available to customers (applicable for TARMs certified in advisory).
Requirements
  • Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in branch operations or financial advisory.
  • Highly meticulous with strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
  • Proficient PC skills (e.g. Microsoft Office).
  • Selected candidate will need to be CMFAS certified as part of the role requirements.
  • Good understanding of financial and investment products.
