We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service and Administration Professional.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, handle administrative tasks, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This includes managing incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Administer all aspects of office administration, including reception duties, data entry, and filing systems.
- Manage phone calls, respond to queries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate maintenance services, arrange for repairs, and oversee the upkeep of office facilities.
- Support training/enrichment/tuition services by answering customer inquiries and providing information on available programs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- ITE/ Diploma in Business Administration or Business Services.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in administration or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
