We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our team at our automotive service centre.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience and smooth administrative operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Call customers to schedule routine vehicle maintenance and service appointments.
- Coordinate and arrange daily service schedules to maximise time slot utilisation.
- Liaise with service and workshop teams to ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Maintain and update customer records and appointment logs.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Provide support in daily office operations and customer follow-ups.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification is required. Relevant admin or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The successful candidate should be confident in making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
- Strong organisational skills with good time management and attention to detail are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer systems is required.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are vital.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
