Customer Service and Administrative Professional- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and walk-ins
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for site visits and installations
- Maintain proper filing and customer database
- Support daily office administrative tasks and stock updates
- Ensure smooth and professional communication with customers
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, etc.)
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Prior experience in customer service/administrative roles is preferred
