We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Chef to join our Pastry team at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry culinary excellence and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Junior Chef, you will be responsible for preparing desserts to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment and uphold the hotel's high standards of professionalism. Your role will include handling daily kitchen operations, monitoring temperatures, and ensuring timely food service.

Requirements- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Junior Chef/Commis, preferably with a luxury brand or Michelin restaurant.
