About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cleanroom Solutions Sales Specialist to join our team at ITS Science & Medical PTE LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our products and services to existing and prospective customers in the cleanroom, biotechnology, pharmaceutical production, diagnostics (laboratories & hospitals) R&D, Academia, F&B industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presents, promotes and sells products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans for products and solutions offered and agencies assigned.
  • Develops strong technical know-how on products and applications to support and effectively engage prospects and clients.
  • Responsible for Marketing campaigns such as trade-in / service excellence promotions / seminars / workshops.
  • Managing direct customers sales & distributors.
  • Generate leads and develop a solid customer relationship with key decision makers, fostering and enhancing good relationship with all of our customers.
  • Develop a customer or project specific sales strategy and manage deals to conclusion.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary stakeholders.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, services or solutions that will meet those needs.
Requirements

Candidates should ideally have a background in sales related to cleanroom/industrial/pharmaceutical/diagnostics industries. Sales experience is in relations to capital equipment (CAPEX)/ Engineering/integration-related solutions.

  • Minimum diploma in Engineering, Biotechnology or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with strong sales track records with focus on Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical/ Diagnostics (laboratories & hospitals/ R&D Customers/ Academia / F&B/ industrial market verticals).
  • Experienced in tender and request for quotation (RFQ) preparation and costing.
  • Present status of sales efforts at periodic Sales meetings.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Target driven and able to work independently.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
