Pharmaceutical Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced project manager to support our pharmaceutical project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project software.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and propose recovery actions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors, translate technical updates when required, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and ensure project timelines meet GMP and regulatory milestones.
  • Support coordination across engineering, quality assurance, procurement, and validation teams.
  • Utilize online planning tools and digital project tracking systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, or EPC environments.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project software (Level 5).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
  • Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in CQV/pharmaceutical facility projects.
  • PMP or PMI-SP certification.
