Job Title: Project Scheduler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the full-cycle project schedule covering design, procurement, construction, and validation stages in a pharmaceutical engineering project.

  • Schedule Development
    • Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
    • Coordinate inputs from design, procurement, construction, and validation teams
    • Sequence key activities based on pharmaceutical schedule logic and process flows
  • Progress Tracking & Control
    • Weekly update of site progress, monitoring critical paths and buffer time
    • Identify potential delays and support mitigation or recovery planning
    • Manage milestone schedules linked to equipment installation and validation
  • Reporting & Communication
    • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and 3-week lookahead schedules
    • Provide scheduling input during project and client meetings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management
  • Minimum 5 years experience in scheduling; 3+ years in pharma projects preferred
  • Proficient in Primavera P6; skilled in MS Project and Excel analytics
  • Familiar with GMP workflows and cleanroom construction sequencing
  • Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations (BCA, MOM, SCDF) and site safety requirements
