Job Title

Production Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Production Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes by setting up, operating, and maintaining precision equipment and machinery.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining measuring equipment, gauges, and fixtures to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • You will program CNC lathe machines to meet production requirements, operate turn mill machines with automatic bar feeders for efficient production, and monitor production progress to fine-tune machines and optimize component production.
  • You will also perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • A minimum ITE or Diploma qualification in a relevant field is required.
  • Prior experience in the engineering industry is advantageous but not essential.
