Job Title: Production Equipment Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our test equipment, minimizing downtime, and optimizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide engineering support on all equipment operational issues to meet production output and quality.
  • SUPPORT ENGINEER TO EVALUATE, SET UP, QUALIFY, MAINTAIN AND CALIBRATE TEST SYSTEM FOR OPERATION TO MEET CUSTOMER NEEDS, EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS.
  • PERFORM DAILY PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR ALL TESTERS AS PER SCHEDULE AND SUPPORT ENGINEER IN EQUIPMENT QUALIFICATION AND RELEASE TO PRODUCTION IN MEETING OUTPUT, QUALITY & RELIABILITY.
  • PROVIDE LINE AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT THAT INCLUDE EQUIPMENT CONVERSION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONAL ISSUES TO MINIMIZE EQUIPMENT DOWNTIME IN MEETING OUTPUT, QUALITY AND CYCLETIME.
  • PARTICIPATE IN DAILY ENGINEERING REPORTS AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST FOR ALL TESTERS AND COMPILED DATA ON EQUIPMENT CONVERSION/DOWNTIME AND PERFORMANCE INDEX.
  • Maintain, install, troubleshoot and repair all in-house test production equipment.
  • Collaborate with Leaders/Engineers to drive improvements on respective CIP's.
  • Collaborate with Leaders/Engineers to drive productivity and cost-effective operation.
  • Organize, maintain and safe-keep equipment, spare parts and consumables.
  • Update maintenance records.
  • Lead/guarantee good housekeeping, plant work discipline, ESD and safety awareness at all times.Required Skills and Qualifications
